Your new company
Hays Talent Solutions manage over 150 contracts internationally, covering every combination of temporary and permanent recruitment and they are currently recruiting for a new recruitment associate to join their established team working for a very high value engineering client.
Your new role
Supporting on the project you will be partnered with an on-site coordinator, given extensive market leading training for recruiting roles across the UK within Engineering. You will be fully immersed into the clients cultures and working practises providing a solutions-oriented approach to all recruitment challenges, with duties including:
* Discussing brief with clients
* Writing and posting job adverts
* Candidate selection from CV screening
* Active candidate sourcing through social media, job boards and on-line databases
* Candidate interviewing; telephone & video
* Providing feedback to clients
* Assisting clients with on-boarding
* Compliance checks
* The focus is achieving 100% client and candidate satisfaction by providing a responsive and efficient service.
This is a full time role working 100% remotely from home with flexible hours either 8.30-5 or 9.30-6 Monday to Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in these client management roles Hays Talent Solutions require a pragmatic attitude, a patient disposition and an imaginative approach to problem solving. We are looking for candidates with some recent relevant recruitment experience and extensive training and support will be given. People are at the heart of everything we do at Hays and so you will need excellent people management, customer service and communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent service.
