Client Details

A growing Derby business require an in-house commercial paralegal to join their friendly team. The role will be supporting the legal counsel on a number of matters to include commercial, corporate and compliance. The role will also be a mixture of hybrid working.

Description

As an in-house commercial paralegal you will have a varied role supporting on a variety of legal matters. This can include:

• Negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (to include supplier & customer contracts, NDAs etc).
• Drafting a wide range of compliance polices.
• Providing support to the acquisition team when required.
• Supporting on due diligence.

Profile

The successful in-house paralegal will have experience (either in-house or private practice) in either commercial or corporate matters. You will have great organisational, prioritisation and communication skills and must be able to build relationships with key stakeholders within the busy. You will also be able to commute to Derby.
