This role is the perfect fit for a proactive and flexible person capable of making a positive impact on our service and students.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual to join our highly successful Student Support team. You will be providing advice and support to students on a variety of issues such as finance, careers and welfare. You will also support the service in the organisation, accurate recording and monitoring of safeguarding and welfare concerns.

Working with potential and enrolled students you will deliver advice and guidance relating to a variety of subjects, aiding them to continue their education and be ready for work.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience offering advice to 16-19 year olds and vulnerable adults in a similar setting.

You will need to work flexibly within the team to provide a responsive service. It is essential that you constantly maintain and update your knowledge of the wider services and support available to our students to ensure you are providing advice and guidance of the highest quality.

The successful candidate will be required to work across our two Luton campuses, New Bedford Road and Enterprise Way. This is a part time role ideally starting in November working 18.5 hours per week Monday - Friday between 10:30 and 14:15, term time only.

You'll have the full support of a dynamic team and opportunities to bring your ideas to the role. Training and development are at the heart of everything we do so you'll be actively encouraged to upskill.
