We are excited to be working exclusively with an innovative, forward thinking, local organisation in their search for an experienced stand alone HR Manager, This is a full time permanent opportunity to join a growing business.
Your new role
As Hr Manager you will be partnering with senior leaders within the organisation to drive the overall people strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will provide both strategic and operational advice, being the first point of call for any legislation and ER matters. You will continue to drive well being, D&I and other projects and initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for the position of HR Manager, you will have a strong generalist background and will have ideally operated in a stand alone HR Manager role. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge or employment law and legislation, and the ability to provide advice to managers and employees at all levels.
