We are now looking for an Office & Operations Administrator to join our head office team. Reporting into our Management Accountant and working closely with the Finance Director the Office & Operations Administrator will provide full administration and office support for 360. Providing all HR admin support for Management and additional day to day support to the Finance/Operations team.

Office & Operations Administrator - Responsibilities

- General reception duties to include call and visitor management

- Deliver a fit for purpose office (compliant with H&S regulations & COVID 19 safe)

- Manage all servicing, fire alarm testing, repairs and general office maintenance

- Regularly cleaning/sanitizing communal areas of the office on all floors

- Weekly stock check and ordering for office supplies

- Booking out and managing the meeting rooms

- Report Management to include Starters and leavers, Sickness report and Weekly/Monthly Stock

- HR Administration of company run schemes and incentives

- IT Administration to include initial raising of issues with partners

- General Ad-hoc Administration including travel bookings, company events and email/print management (including ordering/collecting supplies)

Office & Operations Administrator - Desired Skills

- Ideally 6-12 months office administrative experience ideally with some systems exposure

- Conscientious attitude, with enthusiasm and drive

- Organised and methodical in approach with an ability to manage multiples projects

- Team player also confident working independently

- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload with a strong problem-solving mindset

- Focus on excellent customer service

- Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels (with clients and colleagues)

- Ability to work well under pressure and act on own initiative

- Able to take responsibility for own actions and backs themselves with key decisions

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong grasp on spelling and grammar

- Excellent IT and Microsoft skills

As our Office & Operations Administrator you will be self-driven and confident to take on a wide range of office and administrative tasks within a fast moving and innovative business environment. This is an entry level role so passion, drive and determination will all be key and 360 will offer you an environment to grow, with great training where you can create your own success story whilst being part of ours. Your hard work and success could see this role evolve with an additional focus on operational systems control and job board management, so plenty of scope for personal development.

You may have gained your previous work experience in an entry level office administrative role, recruitment or client/customer service led position. We would also welcome applications from university graduates with a business administration or associated degree with work placement experience as this role is well aligned to apprenticeship and back to work schemes.
