We’re currently looking for a Site Manager to join our teams at sites across Devon and Somerset.

The Role
 
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing your allocated construction projects efficiently and profitably.
 
Delivering each phase of a project to timeframes and budget constraints, you will ensure high standards of work are delivered and costs are controlled. You will also ensure that H&S policies are a major focus and are complied with at all times.
 
Additionally, you will:
 
- Take responsibility for all Cavanna employees and subcontractors on site,
- Liaise with the sales department and customers to manage expectations
- Communicate and complete inspections and documentation
- Ensure build quality and programme dates are achieved
- Support the progression and development of colleagues
 
About You
 
To join us as a Site Manager, you will need:
 
- Previous experience in a similar construction management role
- Experience in meeting Housing Corporation and eco homes standards
- Knowledge of modern construction methods and current health and safety legislation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A full, valid driving licence
 
This is a full-time role, working across various sites throughout the South West as required.
 
Other organisations may call this role Senior Site Supervisor, Housing Site Manager, Building Site Manager, or Construction Site Manager.
