The Opportunity:
A leading security company is looking to add a Junior Security Engineer to their team, You will be joining an established Integrator that's been providing security solutions for over 20 years. The Junior Engineer will become part of their team of specialist security experts delivering straightforward turnkey and bespoke solutions and installations to government agencies, large-scale building projects, Irish (SME) businesses.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the engineers with the following-
?? Installing & commissioning security systems, CCTV, access control, intruder Alarm, and Fire systems
?? Networking of Access control and CCTV systems
?? Setting up remote access to CCTV and intruder alarm systems
?? ACT Enterprise and WinAct software
?? Commissioning of remote CCTV systems
The Person:
You will be or have worked as a junior security engineer for a minimum of 12 months
?? Experience within the electronic security systems industry
?? Sound knowledge of current security standards and best practices
?? Electrically Qualified is a benefit
?? Knowledge of Automatic Gate Systems is a benefit
?? Good communications and interpersonal skills
?? Possess troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
?? Good attention to detail
?? Full driving licence
?? Safe Pass Certification
?? Manual Handling Certification
