Night Worker
Location - Grantham
Hours - 35 hours (inluding paid lunch breaks) or 31.5hr or 33.5hr
Salary - 35hr = GBP18,424, GBP31.5hr = GBP15,353, 33.5hr = GBP16,327

The new Youth Housing service in Lincolnshire supports 16-17yr olds, as well as care leavers including Young Parents up to 21 years who are homeless or are threatened with homelessness, to live independently. Our aim is to inspire the young people we accommodate to be ambitious and embrace new opportunities. Through devising a person centered support package we enable the young people we work with to have new experiences and develop skills to become independent in order to make a positive contribution to society. We offer transparent and positive environments that foster inclusive working cultures and encourage creativity and an engaging mind-set. We offer employment within an established team that employs a non-judgmental approach, sensitivity and understanding.
Who are we looking for:
The successful Night Worker will need:
Experience of managing overnight security, in a residential housing project for excluded groups, including vulnerable/young people.
Experience of monitoring CCTV systems and managing health and safety issues
