Role & Shifts
Temporary Role - Full time Days and Nights
Flexible shift patterns with varying start times. Requiring availability to work 4 shifts minimum per week.
Morning shift - 10:00/10:30 - 18:45/19:00/19:30
Early Morning shift - 02:30 - 11:00 from 19th November onwards ***This shift attracts night rate***
Night Shift 18:30/1900 - 03:00/03:30

All the applicants who are successful in the selection process will be employed by PMP Recruitment to carry out a temporary work assignment to Amazon.

Amazon subsidised bus picks up from the following places in line with shift times (GBP1.50 per trip)
Maidstone East Train Station
Chatham Train Station
Gillingham Train Station
Gravesend Lion Roundabout
Gravesend Train Station
Rochester Train Station

Pay
GBP11.10 per hour for day time shifts.
GBP12.10 per hour for night time shifts. ***Increasing to GBP13.06 between Sunday 10 th October - Saturday 1 st January***
Overtime (40-50 hours) GBP16.65
Overtime (50-60 hours) GBP22.00

Experience
You don't need previous experience, you'll get on job training.

??? What you will be doing with your team:
• Unload, lift and relocate products
• Scan, sort and divert packages containing the full range of Amazon's products.
After training, you may also:
• Move products using industrial trucks and machines, like forklifts and power pallets.

Skills you need to bring:
• Your safety comes first. To be able to follow safety, quality and production standards is the top skill that you will need.
• You may stand and walk for a long time, this could be more than 8 hours per shift.
• You may need to lift and move products that weigh up to 23kg.
• You need to be ok to lift, bend, twist, kneel and crouch.
• You need to be ok to handle a full range of Amazon products, including alcohol and pork products.
