Main point of contact for sales team, dealerships and cover the trade desk
Accurate sales order processing
Tracking all order progress, liaising with internal teams
Liaise with carriers regarding bookings for expert
Raise relevant shipping documents where required
Manage all requests, enquiries, and administrative tasks through to completion
Ensure all customer issues are dealt with in a timely manner and resolution is communicatedWhat you need:
Experience of working in a fast-paced international customer focused operation
Verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of export documentation would be preferrable
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience of using an ERP or similar system is essential
