We have an amazing opportunity to join our European Talent Acquisition team for 12 months. In this role you'll provide an expert level of service and play an active part of developing a skilled Talent Acquisition centre of excellence. You'll ensure that the business area(s) supported are best positioned to ensure we attract, identify & talent pool/short list the best talent from the market supporting the business demand both current and upcoming. You'll lead direct sourcing activities for a number of functions across TJX Europe.
You'll be involved in:
Building and managing active talent pools with up to date talent pipelines & regular communication and interaction with prospects
Recommending and performance managing sourcing and attraction channels -including social media options & diverse channels mix
Providing great candidate experience
Meeting TA expectations based on hiring demand
Leveraging relationships with TA Specialists and Managers to become a valued resource who understands the challenges, demand & priorities of the function.
Using knowledge of functional trends, recruitment peaks & real time information - use foresight and forward planning to be ahead of hiring demand
Adhering to SLA's defined by TA Manager & Manager Of including: Time to respond to requests and regular updates on status of hiring campaigns
Direct sourcing and upskilling yourself through the wider TA team & our suppliers i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, MediaCom
We're looking for someone who can become a trusted, valued and influential business partner delivering improvements in process and within the function, demonstrating impact and the value that TA provide.
You'll have great external market knowledge and insights and be adept at using feedback & metrics to suggest process improvements & optimisations.
Ideally you will already have a sound knowledge of systems such as Avature, LinkedIn & Talent Neuron.
