The role of Telesales Advisor is vitally important - it will be your responsibility to check that our existing customers are happy with the service we are providing and encourage them to renew their contract with us. You will also be contacting previous customers to win back their business and upselling to existing customers.

A day in the life of a Telesales Advisor at phs Compliance will involve:

• Contacting existing customers letting them know that their servicing will be due within the next 3 months
• Speaking to previous customers to re-introduce our services and ultimately win them back
• Upselling services that we do not currently offer to existing customers
• Chasing down in progress opportunities to see if the customer would like us to proceed with the testing

A Telesales Advisor at phs Compliance will:

• Have great influencing and negotiating skills
• Thrive on being a member of a successful, sales orientated team
• Be able to organise and prioritise own workload to ensure KPIs and targets are achieved
• Be proficient with various computer systems
• Work well under pressure
