If you answered yes to all these questions, then we could have the role you are looking for! An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager to join one of our restaurants, The Duke's Clubhouse.

We have numerous different outlets across the resort, from formal to casual dining, that cater to golfers, tourists and local's alike. We pride ourselves in providing fantastic menus of both food and drinks with first class customer service to ensure our guests have a memorable experience!

The role of Assistant Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating all activities and provide assistance to the team. This role will lead the team to deliver our established service standards to create magical memories for our guests.

This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to get their teeth into. It promises to be a challenging yet rewarding role!

Salary

This is a full-time permanent position, with a salary of GBP24,552.53. Accommodation available if required.

Skills/Requirements

  • Minimum of two years Supervisor experience, preferably within a four or five star property
  • Have a great front of house presence & manage & motivate the team, leading the recruitment & training of team members & Management
  • A strong leader with a passion for staff training & development
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Efficient administration, organisational and time management skills
  • Calm, efficient and reliable under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Health & Safety awareness
  • Experience working within a food & beverage environment
  • Personal License Holder, or obtained within 3 months of start of employment
