Purpose of role:

Tilney Smith & Williamson are in the process of implementing a significant number of tools with Microsoft 365 service, replace several existing collaboration tools, personal network drives and security products.

The M365 adoption lead will need to build a good understanding of how colleagues work through close engagement and building out user stories and scenarios to help guide them to adapt, adopt and improve productivity.

This role is a new role within Tilney Smith & Williamson reporting to the EUC Manager. The role will work with groups and on a one to one basis including with Executives. The successful candidate will be required to quickly build out an engagement plan ensuring consistency for engaging with colleagues.

The role requires an excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 products and services with particular focus on Teams, Yammer, Stream, SharePoint, One Drive and Power Apps.

Key responsibilities:

This role is required to define what Microsoft 365 services and features should be developed and offered within TS&W.
Promote the value of M365 services and products with particular focus on customer experience
Create or edit training course and education materials
Build out an understanding of how colleagues work through close engagement, creating user stories
Produce podcasts / short videos covering hints and tips to be shared on SharePoint, Yammer and included in all company communications
Active participant in the Microsoft Community
Maintain a detailed understanding of the M365 services, assist colleagues with questions and recommend the best products and services for their needs
Deliver training via 1-2-1 scheduled sessions (including Execs), departmental check ins and via collaboration tools
Setup up an internal champions community for M365 products and services
Run at minimum quarterly train the champion sessions.Candidate Profile

Education/Qualifications:

Degree (desirable)
Microsoft qualifications (desirable)

Key Experience/Skills:

You will be able to demonstrate proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft solutions and exhibit strong change management, documentation, and communication skills
Excellent Stakeholder management skills at all levels
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft 365 Product Suite
Monitor and report the usage of M365 products and services
Work with Architecture to propose support and scope new capabilities
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) resource for M365
Work with team to implement changes following standards and best practice
Confident at training colleagues at all levels
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with management, team, peers, and vendors
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
