Packing Plant Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for a Technician to join our friendly team at our Tarmac Tunstead Packing Plant site in Buxton, Derbyshire.

Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be required:
To carry out various maintenance tasks
To carry out improvements and PM work
To support the maintenance engineer
To support the operators and respond to faults
To be willing to step out of their comfort zone and learn PLC run systemsThe Ideal Candidate
Mechatronic experience with a bias to mechanical.
Full mechanical apprenticeship (HNC or higher is preferable although up to level 3 is acceptable).
Full mechanical and full electrical apprenticeships (up to HNC for each although this would be unlikely).
