Payroll/Accounts Administrator: Crossgates: Leeds

A highly successful group of recruitment agencies, supplying predominantly temporary contract labour to the Construction industry, we seek to add an additional Payroll Administrator to our small administration team.

Dealing with approximately 400 temps per week this is a fast-paced role, with main duties as follows:

* Speak with clients and temps to obtain weekly timesheets

* Collate hours from temps for clients who require timesheets signing in house

* Extensive telephone calls to temps and clients

* Check and calculate timesheets

* Prepare and carry out invoicing from timesheets

* Prepare reports for management containing financial information from processed timesheets

* Prepare reports for third party payroll providers

* Liaise with Payroll providers re temps set up and actual pay

* Deal with any payroll queries

* Process new bookings on the CRM system

* Prepare and send Contract of Orders for clients

* Assist in tax office reports for CIS

* Dealing with invoice/credit queries

* Purchase ledger

* General Admin duties

* Ad hoc office duties

Essential skills

* Excellent telephone manner

* Experience in a fast-paced weekly payroll environment

* Understanding of Construction industry workings would be beneficial

* Good excel, word and email experience

* Ability to work to strict deadlines

* Well organised and can prioritise

* Attention to detail
