KBB Recruitment are very pleased to be working with a family-run, bespoke kitchen company. They are looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer for their business based in Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire.
Due to growth in their company, they are looking for an experienced individual to join their team. Primarily, you will be providing customers with quality and detailed kitchen design ideas, following with amazing customer service.
Role
Based in your own home office, the company provides high quality kitchens across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire. Established in 2013, they have grown into a well-respected and recommended company. As a valued member of their small team, you will be the initial face of their company. For instance, you will be meeting customers in their own homes across the home counties to measure the space and discuss their ideas. This is a full-time, field-based position for 37.5 hours per week. Your hours can be worked around flexibly as they will also include occasional evenings and weekends. You will manage your own diary. For this post, they are looking for someone who can work closely with the company, to grow the business and over time support a team of designers.
Essential Skills
* Firstly, a natural creative flair for design, presentation and customer service is desired
* Confidence, enthusiasm and a positive work ethic
* Outstanding in both verbal and written communication skills
* A self starter that can motivate themselves to achieve big, exceed targets and grow with their company
* Strong and proven track record within sales
* Full UK Driving License required
* Similarly, a company vehicle provided upon completion of a 3-month probationary period
Preferred Experience
* Kitchen Sales experience and working in a field-based role (5 years plus)
* In addition, kitchen design experience using ArtiCAD software preferred (5 years plus)
* Experience overseeing kitchen installations
Benefits
* Base salary of GBP26,000 with a commission scheme following. (OTE of GBP50,000)
