Are you experienced in Managing a team of data analysts/Officers?

Prospectus is delighted to be working with a fantastic charity who strive to make the world a place in which women and children lead safe, equal, violence-free lives so that they can flourish and actively contribute to society to recruit a temporary Evidence and Insights Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically working with the team to turn the data collected by the organisation into actionable insights, in order to better support the women accessing the services.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Working with the Insights Team and Service Managers/Directors to understand the desired key outcomes for services, and ensure effective monitoring, evaluation, and best practice guidance for using MODUS is embedded into case management and service development.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Directors of Services to disseminate findings from the learning and research agenda through high quality articles and reports tailored for a range of audiences within our network and across the broader sector.
  • Oversee the relationship with the organisation's external database and software provider (currently Paloma's MODUS software) to ensure that all staff have the correct access, training, and support to deliver their work effectively.
  • Keep up to date with new and emerging impact measurement initiatives locally and nationally and drive the conversation with the Senior Management Team around where the organisation sits in terms of innovation and sector best practice.
