Service Administrator / Planner, Salary: Up to GBP28,500 + Benefits and career opportunities. Based: Iver, Buckinghamshire. Flexible working considered.

We require a Service Administrator to work for a leading company who specialise in the hire and sale of portable cabins / accommodation and associated products. The purpose of the role is to provide project co-ordination for all new deliveries & collections, post-delivery customer support and administration support to sales/operations. Applicants will need to have strong administrative and customer service skills and be able to plan / schedule engineers and vehicles efficiently and effectively. This position could therefore suit candidates from a Transport Administrator, Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Service Administrator, Maintenance Administrator, Planning Administrator / Planner, Project Administrator or similar background.

Main responsibilities:

Provide administrative and customer service support post-delivery and project coordination for new deliveries and collections.
Plan and schedule engineers and transport for Installations / Decommissions / Site Moves.
Liaising with all departments to enhance the customer experience.
Preparation of Routes and of generic Risk & Method Statements
Post-sale contract co-ordination and full audits of all new contracts
Post Delivery Customer Support - Managing all inbound calls and emails from customers and regional offices
Candidate Requirements:

Customer Service, Sales Administration, Project Co-Ordination, Administrative skills
Ability to plan / schedule engineers and vehicles efficiently and effectively
Ideally have experience in a Project Administrator, Transport Administrator, Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Service Administrator, Maintenance Administrator, Planning Administrator / Planner or similar role.
A good level of skill in Microsoft Office products and I.T systems in general
Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls and emails
Familiar with working in a high-pressure environment with the ability to plan, organise and think on your feet.
