A talented IT Support Engineer is required by a successful Managed Services company who specialise in providing IT support to the private and public sectors. Based in Leicester, you'll provide 1st and 2nd line support services both remotely and on client sites in Leicester.
This will be an office based position with ad hoc visits to client sites.
Experience within an MSP is highly desirable.
A salary of up to GBP30,000 plus benefits and excellent progression opportunities is available.

Skills Required (the majority of)
IT support experience
Azure
Office 365
Previous experience of working for a Managed Service Provider
Any knowledge of VMware or Citrix would be useful.
Installation and support of client servers
Microsoft certifications would be advantageous (Any of MCITP / MCSE / MCP / MCSA)
