With infection prevention becoming a global priority, we have seen a significant increase in the demand for our products internationally. To support this rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure to ensure the correct and timely processing and delivery of orders.

What will you do?

• Communicate accurate and timely information to suppliers, to ensure smooth supply chain movements
• Support internal stakeholders in maintaining accurate stock data, identifying and escalating threats/issues
• Raise purchase orders for current and forecasted demand
• Support the Inventory Controller to build and maintain a supply redundancy programme
• Maintain sufficient sample and parts across multiple warehouse locations
• Use your attention to detail to review supplier invoices, highlight any errors, and support a quick resolution

What will you need?

• Previous success in a purchasing or supply chain role is essential
• SAP B1 or similar ERP software experience
• Experience working with multiple SKU's and relevant MRP systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Confident and clear communicator, across the business and with customers across countries and time zones
• An appetite to work in a fast-paced, growing organisation
