HR Manager - Coolock Ireland - 34.21 - 50.40 Euros - 6 months
HR business partner to managers to drive strategic growth, coach challenge them to driver workforce performance.
Duties include support and partner with Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand impacts of the changes planned. Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions to support the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data to translation in actionable plans. Advice on talent management, talent acquisition strategy and planning.
Candidates will be HR leader, insight orientation and external prospective about people business performance, ideally within FMCG/CPG background, ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders. HR Management experience is essential, workday preferred.
