I am currently recruiting for a well-established company based Alcester who are rapidly expanding and looking for a Sales Administrator / Planner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and successful company.

Sales Administrator / Planner
Alcester
Temporary to Permanent
GBP10.26 per hour (rising to GBP25,000 when permanent)
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Duties will include:

Ensuring all Sales Orders received are accurate.
Processing and planning customer orders.
Recording and handling customer enquiries received.
Managing orders through to completion.
Answering Incoming Customer Calls.
Use of Excel for reporting
Ensuring all information is up to date on the system
Talking directly with Project Managers to ensure orders are being processed on time. Relay back to the customer.
Carrying our any other ad-hoc admin duties as required.
Skills and Experience needed:

Previous experience in a similar position - Customer Service / Sales / Administration
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good Microsoft Excel/Word Processing Skills - intermediate Excel is essential.
Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills.
High Levels of Accuracy and Attention to detail.
The right candidate will have administrative / customer service experience in a busy office environment and be a competent user of Excel. You need to be confident, able to work on your own initiative, take on responsibility and assist in all areas of the office. This is an immediate requirement so I require a candidate who can start as soon immediately.
