Your World Healthcare is a leading specialist healthcare recruitment agency, placing a range of healthcare professionals including Non-Clinical and Clinical positions.
1. Are you an experienced Housekeeper/Cleaner/Domestic Assistant?
2. Are you happy to work within a Hospital environment which provide a range of Mental Health Services in Salisbury, Wiltshire as a Cleaner from 10:00am - 18:00pm, Monday to Fridays, each week (and possibly during weekends if required)?
3. Would you be happy to assist with serving food to patients (if required) to support with the food service delivery which takes place twice daily?
4. Can you commit to working on a temporary ongoing basis in Salisbury?
5. Are you happy to register with Your World Healthcare to begin employment successfully, as part of your application process? (Please note: This is a requirement)
6. Do you have a current Clean enhanced DBS issued within last 12 months or a current valid DBS certificate registered on the update service?
7. If you do not hold a current valid DBS, will you be happy to apply for this as part of your application via Your World Healthcare? (Please Note: This is required for you to commence employment successfully)
8. Lastly, if you are successful, can you commence employment immediately or within 1 week once you are fully registered and deemed compliant?

Pay:
Monday-Fridays: GBP9.99 PAYE Holiday Inclusive
Saturdays: GBP11.00 PAYE Holiday inclusive
Sundays/Bank Holidays: GBP13.60 PAYE Holiday inclusive
Duties:
Deep cleaning wards and other areas of the hospital
Following procedures to control infection in hospital wards
General cleaning and tidying up of rooms
To ensure the environment is cleaned in line with national cleaning standards.
Deliver meal/beverage service
Cleaning medical/hard equipment
Manage linen quality
Report maintenance issues
Maintaining stock levels of cleaning products
To successfully commence employment as an Hospital Cleaner you will be required to:
* Register with Your World Healthcare and become fully compliant prior to commencing employment.
* Apply for a valid in date DBS if you not yet hold a current DBS on the update service OR an enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months (this can be applied for as part of your application via Your World Healthcare)
* Provide professional employment/educational references covering the last 2-3 years
* Complete a mandatory food & hygiene online training module via Your World Healthcare (if you do not yet hold an in-date Food & Hygiene Certificate with photographic evidence of this)
