Reporting into the Deputy MD, this standalone generalist HR Manager will be an operational and strategically aligned HR professional partnering with key stakeholders. Working closely with the leadership and management team, this role will ensure a value-add and commercially astute HR service to the business.
You will be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will have a keen appetite for change, rolling your sleeves up and looking at group solutions for engagement.
As the HR Manager, my customer seeks someone with an astute toolkit and passion for all things (including, but not limited to);
This role is based in Runcorn, 5 days a week on site.
In short, this is an operational and strategic role, ideal for someone ready to hit the ground running
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this HR Manager appointment you will have proven experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist, within an autonomous role, within Manufacturing. Strong ER experience is a must. You will have proven experience and a strong toolkit in the following;
