The Position:
Part Time Engineering & EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Administrator
Hours of work:
Monday and Tuesday 8:30-4:30pm, Wednesday 8:30- 12:15pm
Hours Per week: 18.75
Good rate of pay
Free parking
Duration:
12 months maternity cover of job share
Knowledge & Experience:
The main criteria for this position is to provide administrative support to the Engineering Department with on the job training and support provided. Any previous experience in a similar role considered helpful. Any experience in stock control also helpful.
Good IT skills including: Excel, Word & ideally PowerPoint
Job Summary:
The main purpose of the Part Time Engineering & EHS Administrator is to provide administrative support for the Engineering and EHS (Environment Health & Safety) Department function.
Interaction internally across all departments as well as external suppliers and contractors
Action administration of the maintenance system for work scheduling and stock control
Servicing and calibration certification and documents to ensure sign off, scanning and filing
All department stock, ensuring adequate levels of stock are held
Responsible for the collation and reporting of weekly KPI indicators as required
Responsible for the following other general duties:
Support the EHS specialist with H&S compliance activities, including emergency roll calls, 1st aid, fire alarm tests
To assist the department during audits and inspections
