We aim to provide a relaxed and fun approach where young people feel safe, valued and cared for.

We currently have over 120 staff and house and support more than 300 young people in 22 teams across the UK.

We have several opportunities available in the Staffordshire area to work with young people leaving care, supporting them in their own homes. We can offer flexible shifts and hours to suit you, with a competitive salary, including opportunities for overtime and some enhanced payment.

About you
