Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - 9am-5pm (potential for 8am-4pm if needed)
Flexible working in terms of location - working from home or Kings Hill office or hybrid
12 month contract initially (to cover project-based movements within the team)
32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus 1 additional day if no sickness in a year, up to 11% employer contribution pension scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity and health cash plan scheme

This Operations Officer role is a key position for our highly successful financial services client and will be responsible for the Operations Team tasks and supporting the Senior Operational Management Team on a day to day basis. Although this role is initially being offered as a 12 month contract, our client have a proven track record of being able to offer extensions and permanent roles within the company for the right candidates.

The successful Operations Officer will have previous experience within retail banking, this could be from an operational, service centre or cashier-based role.

The successful Operations Officer will have excellent IT and administrative skills (being confident with Microsoft Excel is a must), a proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to hit the ground running as this is a very fast-paced and varied role but you will have the full support and training of a very friendly team with excellent knowledge and longevity with the company.

Duties for this Operations Officer role will include but not be limited to:

Involvement in Operational tasks outside of daily workload, for example User Acceptance Testing for changes to the BM+ system.
Assisting the Complaints Administrator and Operations Management Team with complaints and acting as cover for this role for holidays and peak periods.4Collating and monitoring of operational KPI's & SLA's.
Being Responsible for the administration of their Outsourcing Management.
Preparation of monthly bank charges accruals, reconciling invoices before payment and raising anomalies.
Having knowledge of procedures and risk/regulatory framework to be able to identify areas of shortcoming and offering potential solutions to address problems.Closing date for applications is 3pm Friday 22nd October 2021.
