I'm looking to speak to ambitious candidates, who are keen to join an award-winning mortgage network, as they look to take on a Broker Desk Consultant in this rare opportunity to grow and develop your career within a renowned company.

From day one, you will be the first point of contact for protection and mortgage queries, assisting and advising with queries by using the supplied broker knowledge guidebooks. You'll also work within retention identifying early and potential leavers, and work with them team to retain them within the business. You'll also work to handle inbound and outgoing calls, as well as handing some elements of relationship development during the processes.

You'll be working alongside an experienced team who are more than happy to help you excel in your role and can qualify for your CeMAP should this be of interest to you also. Further down the line in your career with this company you would of course be welcome to explore other avenues within this well-established business.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in the mortgage/finance industry and although some experience within mortgages or the protection industry is ideal, it's in no way essential. You'll have excellent people skills, be a brilliant communicator and be keen to learn and develop your graduate career in this role.

This position is a hybrid role combining 2/3 days a week in the office with an element of homeworking, so this role would suit someone with a suitable home office set-up also.

In exchange for your efforts, you'll be paid a salary of GBP21,000, be offered 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and you get your birthday off!
