My client, a pharmaceutical company based in Dublin, are looking for a Master Data Specialist to join their Supply Chain Team.
You would be working directly with the Supply Chain team on creation and maintenance of SAP Business One data and planning parameters on SAP Business One within the supply chain function. The successful candidate will take ownership of developing and maintaining rigorous Master Data Policy, Processes and Quality Controls. They will focus on driving continuous improvements in the SAP Business One functionality for the Dublin organisation.
As Master Data Specialist you will;
New items Creation and Master data set-up
Master data quality control - maintenance of SAP Business One data and processes to a high level of accuracy
Lead and conduct a quarterly data cleanse.
Development and documentation of Master Data Governance Policy, Processes & Controls
Drive improvements in SAP Business One functionality (reporting and usability)
Lead and support relevant Supply Chain systems improvement projects
Close collaboration with the Operations and IT departments, and the wider business to develop and ensure the system meets the business requirements, and the policies and controls are fit for purpose
Education & Experience;
3rd Level qualification, preferably in a Business / Data Analytics / Computer Science related field
3-5 years in a similar role (Pharmaceutical experience preferable)
Extensive SAP Business One knowledge (SAP Hana an advantage)
Experience managing projects involving data integration, data transformation, data conversion, application integration and data validation
This company is based in Dublin however the company are flexible, and remote working with occasional attendance at the office is an option for this position- candidates must be situated in Ireland.
