Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week
A vacancy exists for a person to join the facilities section of the Estates Department at the school.
The Estates Facilities Assistant is a key role at the school for providing safe, secure and welcoming spaces for our community. You would report to the Facilities Manager and provide caretaking, security, and basic maintenance services for the site, buildings and grounds. The role will include a variety of tasks, such as facilities and site checks, portage, health and safety and compliance, set up for internal and external events, routine semi-skilled tasks, keeping the premises and site clean and tidy, minibus driving and providing assistance to the maintenance and grounds teams as required. Suitable general handyperson-type skills, including painting and decorating, are desirable. You are expected to have knowledge of health and safety and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
