Deputy Home Manager
Our client has asked us to find an experienced senior nurse who is looking to move in to a deputy manager role. This role is for their medium sized home on the south side of Glasgow. The home has had good grades in the past few years, and is highly respected within the community, drawing many of its residents from this area. It has a large percentage of private residential residents, and enjoys good occupancy
Due to promotion, the home is needing a Deputy who can focus on clinical aspects with the staff and residents and support the manager on a daily basis. This will ensure that the home is able to achieve the goals set out by the senior management. There has been investment in the building and its internal services, and the Deputy Manager will be key in helping the manager to make the changes that will bring the home from good to excellent.
To take on board this great opportunity you will need
* NMC registration - RGN or RMN
* Managerial experience in a care home
* The ability to facilitate excellent care
* Excellent demonstrable clinical skills and the ability to pass these on to your team
* Good leadership and management skills
