We are looking to recruit enthusiastic people to join our SEND and Alternative Provision team. Based at The Marches School in Oswestry we are recruiting for Access Leaders to provide special educational needs support to students. This role will require contribution to a holistic and cross curricular strategy which will impact upon and support high quality teaching.
Applicants will need to possess: NVQ level 3 or equivalent, excellent numeracy and literacy skills and good ICT skills. You will be confident in communicating on different levels, be able to plan effectively and have good understanding of child development. An awareness of child protection, confidentiality, health and safety, and data protection is essential.
