Experience building architectures in a multi product multi platform environment
Ability to execute on cross cutting project plans with a number of stakeholders involved, but also a strategic thinker understanding our north star and setting us up for success.
Build strong relationships with a wide range of leaders both internally and externally and operate with high integrity
Work closely with our product and engineering leaders to refine our strategy and be able to react and shift within our ever changing landscape
You care deeply about building the right product with the customer experience being the epicenter of your decisions
Have 10+ years experience building enterprise software
About You
- Software development background with an automation mindset and familiarity with code repositories & pipelines.
- Experience managing other managers and mentoring leaders and developers to build strong teams
- Experience with process re-architecture and automation
- Experience on and a passion for cloud technologies such as AWS or Google, infrastructure as code, automation etc.
- Handle multiple projects and tasks, make decisions and solve problems while under pressure, and prioritize and organize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and technical skill to lead the day-to-day activities of the team and build relationships with the extended organization
- Someone who likes to get things done, while having fun
- 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
- BA/BS degree or related equivalent field experience.
