Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with a leading Building Services Company for a Permanent Entry Level Administrator. The role is perfect for someone with no experience but with a can-do attitude looking for their first role on the career ladder. The role has become available as the previous candidate has been promoted therefor there is excellent scope for progression. You will help support with basic Administration duties to help support the team as the business grows. Based in West Lothian, salary between GBP15,000 - GBP16,000 per annum. The core hours are Monday-Friday, 8am - 4.30pm Monday-Thursday and Friday 8am-3.30pm, 37hrs per week.
The Company and Role Overview
This job offers an excellent opportunity for a diligent and capable candidate looking for their first step on their career ladder within office support and to work in this friendly and fun team! Therefore, you must be a good team player and enjoy a fun and very casual work environment.
You will have naturally good IT skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages including Excel and Word would be an advantage but not essential as you will learn on the job.
Duties include:
Answering incoming calls, passing calls through to different departments and taking messages
Collating paperwork from each employee (Timesheets/Bonus Sheets) - These are sent in via email, they require to be printed off and arranged alphabetically, scanned, and filed accordingly
GRNs (Goods received notes) - This is a process for checking materials once delivered and inputting information into the client database
Boiler registrations - This is a process where each boiler the company install has the details logged and saved
Credits - phoning plumbers on site to see what materials has been uplifted from site and what has not, fill out spread sheet with the information
Plot packs - making up two different kinds of boiler packs with the paperwork needed for each oneAttributes and Experience required:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel an advantage
First class customer service and communication skills
