Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with our construction client working for this fast-paced team for a Permanent Operations Support Administrator. The role is perfect for someone who has proven experience within construction in a similar role. Based in West Lothian, salary up to GBP25,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits. The core hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (40hrs per week).

Role Overview

You will be supporting a large team on site for this market leading construction company and will be a confident, resilient and self-motivated self-starter. You will have experience in a similar site administrator role and will have excellent spelling and grammar, good knowledge of Microsoft platforms and software and take real pride in your work This is a fast-paced Operations Support Administrator role which is why previous experience is essential as you need to hit the ground running. The company offers great opportunities for hard workers that are keen to build their career long term and progress.

Duties include:

Fielding calls from Direct Workforce, assisting where necessary
Dealing with plant hire orders and live hire reports
Assisting with ordering a procurement of material/supplies for operations
Completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
Assisting operations team with contracts and other documentation
Managing and updating company databases
Administration of Training requirements and record keeping
Administration of medical screening requirements and dosimetry record keeping
Managing accommodation/travel requirements for direct workforce
Assisting with weekly timesheets where required
Collating daily production from our direct workforce
Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
Performing other duties as assignedSkills and Experience required:

Experience within the construction industry in a similar role is essential
Naturally confident, resilient and has excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Customer oriented attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
