A fantastic full-time Finance Assistant position has come available within an established international family shoe business, Marsh Footwear Brands, in Exeter.

Rainbow Club are UK & Europe's leading designers, makers & colourists of handmade fabric occasion footwear - established in 1986 & a second generation family business. Our collections are sold successfully around the world through multiple sales channels inc - Rainbowclub, John Lewis, Amazon, Premium Independents & International Distributors.
Finance Assistant Job Spec
* Debt collection by telephone and email
* Manage inbound Credit Control queries
* Preparing and sending chaser letters/Statements
* Working with debt collection agencies as required
* Processing new accounts, checking credit suitability and setting credit limits
* Liaising with other departments regarding the despatch of orders & pro forma accounts.
* Daily posting of payments received to accounts.
* Daily posting & reconciliation of online payments i.e Sagepay and Paypal.
* Preparation of daily invoices
* Reconciliation of Debtor Accounts
* Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance director
* Help oversee and manage individual accounts, escalating any issues
* Create, send, and follow up on invoices
* Assist the FD in creating financial reports on a regular basis
