Badenoch + Clark are working alongside a Sussex based SME to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for a 12 month FTC with potential to go permanent.
The role is a generalist role which will involve leading on recruitment, coaching / training managers and change management alongside HR project work.
Key responsibilities:
*To build and maintain effective and credible relationships with team managers and leaders to enable HR to work proactively with them and fully understand current and future requirements.
*Supporting team managers in all matters relating to HR including coaching, advising and guiding managers on people issues such as absence management, performance management and maternity / paternity / flexible working requests; all in-line with company policy and UK employment law.
*Leading on all thing recruitment including; shortlisting candidate applications, arranging and attending interviews and onboarding
*To be responsible for the updating of HR policies and procedures as required
*To seek to identify ways to improve people practices across the business, in line with the achievement of strategic goals
*To support the wider HR team on the delivery of key people related projects
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
*Employee relations
*Recruitment
*Change management
*Solid HR generalist
The role is paying up to GBP42,000, has a whole host of great benefits including hybrid working and can be offered on a part time basis if required (3 or 4 days).
