Accounts Assistance - Rochester - GBP12 - GBP15- Temp Position
My client, a global organisation are seeking an Accounts Assistance to join them on a temporary basis.
Duties Include:
• Upload outstanding invoices, statements, credit notes and remittances from the system and send to customers to get everything up to date
• Reconcile customers and vendors accounts
• Rebuild data - invoices sales & purchases/credit notes/ expenses/ bank reconciliation/ depreciation)
• Help on any other tasks which may arise
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a similar position
• Good knowledge of accounting systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft
• Good accuracy and data entry skills
