Internal Recruitment / Resourcing Adviser (temp contractor opportunity until end 2022)

Interested in joining a very successful (and fun!) Inhouse Resourcing team?

We currently have a temporary contractor opportunity within this fun, passionate, hardworking and very committed Resourcing team.

The resourcing team at MBDA UK are accountable for all resourcing and full life-cycle recruitment activities within the UK from vacancy approval, direct sourcing, supplier and partner engagement, interviewing and onboarding; along with internal recruitment and the processing of starters and leavers.
What we're looking for

• Experience working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment is ideal, preferably within an HR team/function and with interviewing experience
• Experience using recruitment systems is needed; Taleo or Workday would be beneficial
• Very strong planning, administration and organisational skills.
• A proven standout colleague, always proactively willing to offer support to colleagues when needed.
• A passion for recruitment
• Someone to be an influencer with our social media activities
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR issues
• Fun and engaging.
