Sessional Lecturer in Catering/Patisserie

The college is seeking to appoint a Sessional Lecturer in Catering to join an experienced, successful and dedicated team which offers a range of professional cookery, and patisserie and confectionery courses. In addition to developing a successful Cookery School and a training restaurant. The position is likely to focus on teaching on the City and Guilds Professional Cookery courses levels 1- 3 and L2 Patisserie & Confectionery, facilitating students learning and achievement for both practical and theory. Recent industry experience is essential

You should have relevant vocational experience in the catering industry including contemporary trends in catering, fine dining and appropriate professional cookery qualifications.
