This small and friendly company, located just outside Alton, is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. The Sales Administrator will be supporting the Sales office with general telephone enquiries, order processing and raising invoices.

This is an office based role working Monday to Thursday from 8.30am until 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am until 1.30pm.

Duties

Answering incoming sales calls and email enquiries

Building good relationships with existing and new customers

Processing new orders onto the system

Ensuring back orders are fulfilled

Providing admin support to the internal/external sales team

Previous admin/data entry experience would be preferred and the ability to work well within a small team environment is essential. High levels of written and spoken communication skills and a good level of computer literacy is key.
