The Role:
This is a temporary position for a period of 4-8 weeks. You will need your own transport due to location. A very interesting and varied position working with a food production company. You will be assisting the planning and production teams to ensure that production runs smoothly and that purchase orders for ingredients are placed in good time to ensure continuation of supply. Some of the responsibilities will be checking paperwork at the end of production runs and updating their computer systems with batch codes etc. you will also run reports to assist the planning manager to plan for the future weeks production. As well as this you will be raising orders for raw materials i.e. sugar, vinegar etc so that they arrive in time to fulfil orders. This will involve speaking with suppliers, keeping on top of delivery dates and flagging up any potential issues.

What we're looking for:
For this role we need excellent IT skills and accurate data entry with a keen eye for detail. A good organisational and admin background is essential along with excellent phone manner. We are looking for this position to start towards the end of October.
