My Client, a boarding school located near Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, is looking to recruit an Assistant Chef Manager on a fulltime permanent basis
This role is catering for 250 students breakfast, lunch, supper.
The main requirements for the role include
- assist the current chef manager with full kitchen management and kitchen operation
- be hands on in the kitchen.
- Ideally have experience working within Education catering & Hotel Kitchens
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge
- Be able to work within set budgets
- Be up to date with current food trends
The position is based on 40 hours per week, straight shifts only, 5/7 including weekends
