Junior Legal Executive
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Assisting with preparation of Court Briefs to include pleadings and correspondence.
- Operating to meet department deadlines and goals
- Preserving the Title Deeds log and Legal Documentation and organising the setup of new files
- Liaising with client and external third parties on everyday queries relating to cases
- Further Ad hoc activities as required.
- Preparing and entering legal information and status updates onto the firm case management systems
- General Administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, archiving
Candidate Profile:
- Show attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Show willingness and enthusiam to help and support fellow colleagues
- Process the ability to work well under pressure while being a quick learner
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets
- Be results oriented with strong organisational skills
- Proactive and take initiative in engaging and developing strong client relationships
Key Requirements/ Qualifications:
- 12 months experience specifically in the area of Litigation.
- Third level qualification relevant to the role preferred but not essential
- QFA/APA an advantage or commitment to obtain APA qualification.
Technical Requirements and competencies
- Competent in Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency in practice management systems.
