CDS is on a mission! We are a social landlord, owning, maintaining and managing nearly 1,000 properties across the South East.

We are now looking for a Property Compliance Administrator to work as part of the Property Services Team and provide invaluable support to the Compliance Manager in the smooth running of various property safety compliance programmes and contracts. You will always help ensure we maintain 100% compliance so that the business meets its statutory landlord compliance obligations in areas such as water safety, asbestos, fire safety, electrical safety, gas safety and lift maintenance.

We will look to you for support with commissioning planned, periodic compliance checks and maintaining safety equipment in residential blocks and individual properties. You will always put the safety of people first, ensuring required compliance checks and maintenance are always completed on time and recorded properly. You will help ensure our contractors, suppliers, residents, and clients are well-informed at all times and that residents get prompt and helpful responses to their queries.

We’re looking for someone who can bring experience of delivering exceptional customer service and someone who has experience of working in a regulated environment. You’ll have a proven ability to produce and present data and explain it in simple, written terms to others and be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, successfully juggling multiple competing priorities. Highly numerate and data savvy, you will be highly organised and efficient, ensuring all administrative tasks are complete. You will be able to provide timely, accurate reports, and highlight any anomalies.

Comfortable executing basic functions in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word, and ideally with experience in housing management systems and databases, you will be a clear and confident communicator who can deliver messages in a respectful manner. Treating our teams, customers and contractors with dignity, respect and kindness, you’ll be able to work as one team to deliver our objectives and take pride in your work, demonstrating ownership and responsibility.

In return, we offer a contributory pension scheme, 28 days holiday + bank holidays, health cash plan, an employee perk system and up to a 10% annual bonus.
