Volunteer Service Administrator
Hours 20 hours each week (part time)
Salary £9,877.33 pro-rated to working hours (Grade 1, point 1)
Location Hybrid role combining working from home and at the Together Trust Centre on Schools Hill, Cheadle SK8 1JE
Reporting to Volunteer Service Manager
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Volunteer Service Administrator to support our Volunteering Service.
The Volunteer Service Administrator will be required to be flexible with working remotely from home and where appropriate from the Together Trust office when necessary.
The role includes responding to Volunteering enquiries, uploading volunteering opportunities on external websites, maintaining and updating accurate Volunteering records and files including digital systems.
A requirement of the role is to process all onboarding checks, including DBS checks and references for new Volunteers for the Trust.
We are looking for proven effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to enthuse others and compose standard letters and emails. Can you work independently and on your own initiative? Do you have good planning, time management and organisational skills? We are looking for someone with a good working knowledge and proven proficiency in using key software including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
