Reporting to OD & Workforce Information Analyst
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an OD and Systems Administrator to support our Organisation Development Service.
The OD and Systems Administrator will be required to be flexible with working remotely from home, and where appropriate, from the Together Trust office when necessary.
The purpose of the role is to organise, review and update business information and to provide administrative support to the Analyst Team with Organisational Development.
The role includes responding to enquiries to workforce issues, resolving routine enquiries, and to maintain and support users through a helpdesk service for HR system queries.
A requirement of the role is to take responsibility for the maintenance of iTrent support of people processes. Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently on your own initiative are essential to this position.
We are looking for someone with extended knowledge and proven proficiency in using key software including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets with the use of standard formulae.
