Doosan Digital Information Europe (DDIE) provides total IT services to Doosan affiliates in EMEA. Since its establishment in UK in 2014 DDIE is currently supporting over 200 applications, 5000 users in the UK, Czech R, UAE, Poland, Germany, Ireland, France & Belgium. DDIE is part of a global IT Services Provider headquartered in Seoul in South Korea.
We are currently recruiting Nuclear IT Security Lead to work closely with our client, Doosan Babcock's, ever growing Nuclear & Defence sector.
Principal Purpose:
In this role you will be responsible for owning, managing and maintaining all of operation security matters within the Doosan Babcock Nuclear & Defence sector for DDIE. This will include defining security applications, tooling, architecture, physical security and more to ensure nuclear projects are secure and compliant with policy.
You will work collaboratively with the Global Security and the Audit Team and alongside the Infrastructure and Applications teams as part of the overall Information Technology function to define, influence and own the security control landscape.
Key accountabilities of the role:
• Creating, maintaining and leading security solution within the nuclear space collaboratively with third parties and affiliates
• Provides guidance and assistance in government, MOD & other policies, procedures & standards to ensure solutions are secure and compliant
• Maintains current knowledge of malware attacks, and other cyber security threats.
• Manage the process for the transport of all classified documents, components and products
• Maintain awareness of current and future changes in government and company guidance or legislation that may impact on the local operating procedures and work instructions.
Suitable applicants should possess the following competencies/ experience:
• Currently hold or be able to hold government clearance
• Knowledge of MoD and government security policy
• A proven track record of troubleshooting complex IT & security issues.
• The ability to analyse interpret and apply complex technical information
• Knowledge of ISO27001 & Cyber Essentials
