Recruitment Coordinator

GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 + Commission Scheme
Cooper Lomaz is expanding it's key account team, and are now looking to add a Recruitment Coordinator to work with our key Public Sector clients.
Within this role you will be finding candidates for the NHS and other Public Sector clients, focussed primarily on attracting and engaging with IT professionals. You will have a huge impact on the organisations you work with by enabling them to recruit the people they need.
This role will suit somebody with experience from either a recruitment agency background or an internal recruitment role. we will consider people without recruitment experience if they have the right attitude!
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing prospective candidates using various platforms
Being proactive and innovative in your approach to locating candidates
Conducting telephone interviews to establish suitability for various roles
Advertising vacancies
Using marketing techniques to engage candidates
Supporting candidates with queries
